Client Policies
This page gives clients one obvious place to review appointment expectations. Final terms can be adjusted by Angone Artistry at any time and confirmed during booking.
A $50 online deposit is available for Lip Blushing and Ombré Brows. The $50 guarantees an appointment for the selected service and is credited dollar-for-dollar toward the final service total. The requested date and time are not guaranteed until Alexandra confirms availability. Any cancellation, transfer, or rescheduling treatment of the deposit is governed by the terms communicated at booking and confirmation.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to move an appointment. Rescheduling terms and any deposit impact are confirmed when your appointment is accepted.
Late arrival can reduce available service time or make it impossible to complete the appointment safely and properly. Contact Alexandra as soon as possible if you are running late.
Missed appointments may affect deposits or future booking eligibility. The final policy is communicated during confirmation.
Touch-up timing and whether a touch-up is included or separately priced depend on the service and healed result. Confirm the current PMU touch-up policy during your consultation.
Some services may not be appropriate for every client or every circumstance. Alexandra may ask additional questions before confirming a PMU appointment.
