Permanent makeup is a cosmetic service and individual results vary. Reference photos, generated examples, and other clients’ results are not guarantees of your result.

Fresh PMU can appear darker, brighter, sharper, or more intense than the healed result. Color and texture change throughout healing.

Clients agree to follow Angone Artistry’s current preparation and aftercare instructions and to ask questions if any instruction is unclear.

Clients agree to disclose relevant medications, allergies, sensitivities, skin concerns, prior permanent makeup, and other information Alexandra requests so service suitability can be reviewed.

Clients acknowledge the current booking, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and touch-up policies and understand that appointment timing is not final until Angone Artistry confirms it.

The $450 Main Session + Touch-Up option includes the applicable touch-up session. The $389 Main Session does not include that package touch-up.

The $150 Yearly Touch-Up is intended for eligible existing Angone Artistry clients and may require confirmation that the service is appropriate as maintenance.

When a client chooses the $50 Lip Blushing or Ombré Brows deposit option, the deposit guarantees an appointment for that selected service and is credited dollar-for-dollar toward the final service total. The requested date and time still require confirmation by Alexandra.

Submitting payment reserves the selected service/package while the exact appointment date and time remain subject to Angone Artistry confirmation.

This agreement is not the full PMU procedure consent or health questionnaire. Additional forms may be required before treatment.
